Welcome to the new Hostek Blog! My name is Josh, and I’m the Director of Customer Operations for Hostek. I’ve been in the webhosting industry for 25 years, and I’ve known about Hostek for quite some time. I stopped hearing about them in the past 5 years or so, and when I was hired here, I quickly found out why.

Since the acquisition, a lack of direction, culture, purpose, empathy, and so much more, took over the staff. The parent company recognized that oversight, and brought me in to fix it. An amazing turnaround has taken place in the last 6 months, and we’re excited to start getting back out there publicly, to let the people know: WE. ARE. BACK.

I’m so excited to get a blog going again, to fill you in on all things Hostek, and we will continue to do that over the next days, weeks, and months. In the meantime, we’re thrilled to continue to improve our communication with you, our most valued asset, our customer – by launching this blog.
